I needed a complex hard copy document re-written into electronic form to a very tight deadline, so I contacted Pam Harper late one Friday evening as I needed it for a very important business meeting due in a couple of days. Pam looked at the document quoted me on the spot and returned it the Saturday morning which saw her work late into the night. This meant I was not only able to incorporate into my main document, but bought me more time to plan the rest of my meeting. Pam was an easy choice because of her attention to detail and the speed at which she delivers. I have already added Pam to my Administration team even though I have not sought her permission; however this was an easy choice because she can also handle sensitive information. A year ago managing my international consultancy work was proving a challenge and I realised I needed some high quality administrative assistance that would leave me free to concentrate on the technical aspects of my work.  A web search brought Pam to my attention. 

Since then Pam has set up systems for managing my consultancy contracts, which she administers in close consultation with me.  She also formats and proofreads my complex consultancy reports.  While Pam and I live in the same city almost all of my work is abroad and so most of our interactions are over the internet or via Skype, but we also catch up in person occasionally.

The convenience of this way of working has been fantastic - and a lot of work-related stress has gone from my life.  Pam is highly professional and entirely reliable with respect to confidentiality (much of my work is confidential) with a consistently high quality to every aspect of her work.  My work is episodic but Pam accommodates this frequently, working weekends and late to help me meet deadlines in different time zones.  Her charges are very reasonable and I consider her work really good value for money.
